As a leader in the marine industry, Subtech understands and embraces its responsibility to provide a safe working environment to all personnel on all work sites. At the same time, Subtech is committed to adhering to environmental legislation and, as such, all our operations are carried out with minimal impact to the environment.
The Subtech SHEQ policy manages all of our activities from strategic health, safety and environmental to quality plans. These policies are based on management commitment and accountability, high safety and environmental standards, appropriate levels of training and a system of performance management, which addresses shortcomings in a just and equitable manner.
All of Subtech’s operations are guided by our internal Integrated Management System. This system aligns and adheres to the most current ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental and ISO 45001 for safety and health purposes. By utilising an Integrated Management System we are able to monitor and document our SHEQ compliance. Subtech has incorporated the International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) guidelines into our operating systems to ensure that we comply with all International Safety Standards related to the marine contractors’ environment.
By continually reviewing and developing our processes we are able to stay at the forefront of SHEQ management.
